"Unlike others, I did love their beef, tender, lightly seasoned, and buttery. I honestly thought it was better than the prime rib beef of Mandarin Bay Boracay. It's a bit on the fatty side but doable, the right amount of fat I want. The shrimp tempura and fried chicken were ok, needed a bit of "more" seasoning, at least it was cooked right. Another issue with people reading these reviews was the "cold food", LIKE YO, ITS A BUFFET , even in US the buffets can be a bit cold given the aircons. I personally loved the Lechon, kare kare lechon was top tier, dimsums, braised pork, peppered corn chicken, EVERYTHING (except the tempura and fried chicken). I suggest shrimp cocktail sauce for that shrimp...IT WOULD BE KILLER . Overall for p699 I enjoyed it better than other top tier buffets at this price point. I've tried places at 2500-3000 buffets and I can say this is a steal. Not fatty, healthier than others."

"Good variety of dishes, well cooked and tasty. For the price, it's worth it However, the place can get crowded and loud during peak hours. It's sometimes difficult to walk towards the buffet area because the seating arrangements are close and tight in every table."

"Jack’s Kitchen Unlimited Buffet, located along MacArthur Highway in Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, is a pleasant surprise for anyone who enjoys hearty Filipino buffets. The food selection is varied — from savory local favorites to grilled specialties and sweet desserts — all freshly cooked and refilled regularly. The staff are consistently polite and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a nice spot for family gatherings or casual celebrations. Prices are fair for the quality and variety they offer. Just note that parking is limited and the place can get quite crowded during peak hours, but overall, Jack’s Kitchen delivers great value and a satisfying dining experience that’s worth coming back for."

"The place is good enough. But it's hard to move around once the place is packed. We went there for lunch we came around 10:39 they let us in early but needed to wait till 11 since they're still getting ready."

"At the price point it's at, along with the taste and quality of food, can't be beat by the more popular and commercially available brands in the big malls. SURPRISINGLY (surprised me!) had better sisig than 99% of restaurants you've tried in metro manila. Stay away from the carbonara. But eat EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING."

"We recently had lunch here, and to be honest; some of the dishes were good, while some were not. 1. Roast Beef - Super tender, and easy to eat. I love the fact that this is not served in portions. You can get as much as you want. On a side note, the sauce can be improved. 2. Lechon Roll - This is not your average roll. It’s legit. Crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. Not so much fat too (compared to other buffets). 3. Carbonara - Tastes good. I’d say 3.5 out of 5 just because it was lacking a bit more sauce. (Bonus tip: They have crushed crispy bacon at the salad station for toppings) 4. Sushi - It’s okay. Nothing special, but at least it’s way better than those being served in Yakimix or Vikings. (Hopefully the wasabi and soy sauce was in front of then though. They have a separate station for all dipping sauces/condiments) 5. Dimsum - I don’t recommend the Hakaw. Pork siomai was just okay. Chicken Feet was really good though. Siopao was a bit dry. 6. Jack’s Fried Rice - This one is really good. Not sticky and with the right amount of ingredients. 7. Fried Chicken - Breading could be improved a little bit. Frying time could be a tad bit longer to get that extra crispy texture. I would rate this 4 out of 5 with the gravy. 8. Sweet&Sour Fish Fillet - Tastes really good! Somewhat authentic Chinese. 9. Crispy Pork Kare-Kare - THIS IS A MUST HAVE! HIGLY RECOMMENDED DISH FROM THIS BUFFET. Other than the above, we had the chance to try their creamy corn chicken, grilled chicken with onions, takoyaki, and fried foods (although they didn’t have tempura because it was lunch I guess?). Salad Bar was okay. Nice addition to the buffet but the dressings could be improved. They have Gulaman, Cucumber, and Red Tea for their unlimited drinks. (They are not cheap with ice too!) Vanila Ice Cream was typical. Yogurt Ice Cream was too sour (I think it was just the same as the vanilla, but with added dalandan or lime). Atmosphere wise, the buffet area is really crowded. Little to no space to move around especially during peak hours."
